About me
Hello, I’m Lee Hawkins
I’m an English teacher and communication trainer originally from Bristol, England.
After starting my career in customer service roles at Helphire Group PLC and Loss Management Group, I shifted my focus to education. I studied Education and Sociology at Bath Spa University, including a year abroad teaching and studying in Joensuu, Finland, an experience that shaped my approach to language and learning.
I moved to Germany in 2009, first to Landau in der Pfalz and later to Stromberg. Since 2010, I’ve worked as a freelance English teacher, helping learners from a wide range of backgrounds (corporate clients, university students and private individuals) improve their English communication skills.
My goal is to deliver lessons that are engaging, creative and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re preparing for presentations, working on fluency, or just want to feel more confident in English, I’m here to help.
